How I help

Taking the perspective that you are already whole, and that your true nature is curious, compassionate, and capable, I use a blend of mindfulness, stress release techniques, and somatic coaching to guide you through releasing that trapped energy, completing the stress cycle, and transforming overwhelm into resilience, growth, and ease. You will learn practices and tools to help you:

  • Build trust in yourself

  • Release emotions that contribute to chronic pain

  • Increase self compassion & resilience

  • Feel comfortable in your own skin

  • Let go of people pleasing and constant comparing

This might not seem possible yet but I have seen it happen in myself and the people I work with. I will hold hope for you until you experience it yourself.
